Attention Altar Servers, Lectors and Ministers of Holy Communion - Please call the parish office, 833-0927, if you are available to serve at any of the Ash Wednesday masses.
Last Year’s Palms
Lent begins on Ash Wednesday, February 22. Please bring in last year’s palms and deposit them in the collection bin. These will then be burned for the ashes on Ash Wednesday.
"The Book of Revelation" - The Book of the Risen Christ!
Beginning Jan. 4, Mt. Calvary Church (2022 E. Lake Rd) will be holding a weekly Bible Study on Wednesday nights beginning at 7:00 PM.

Food for the Needy
The containers of food that you see at the entrances of our church are donations by our parishioners for the St. Andrew Food Pantry. If you can spare some items for the hungry of our area, please leave something the next time you come to church. When we feed the hungry, we serve Jesus..”For I was hungry and you gave me to eat".
Warming Center for the Homeless
Once again this winter, our parish will be conducting a collection of items for the Warming Center, sponsored by the Mental Health Association. This facility is opened during the bitter cold weather for the homeless of our community.

Adoration
Please remember that the monthly First Thursday Adoration for January begins after 8am mass on January 5th and continues until the 7am mass on Friday, January 6th. Sign up sheets are located on the tripod near the Chapel and also in the main church vestibule. "God Dwells in our midst in the Blessed Sacrament of the Alter."
“Story and Play Hour”
Our Lady’s Christian School will once again host “Story and Play” hour with Miss Kitty. Miss Kitty has entertained and mesmerized children of all ages for years at our Erie libraries.

EMMAUS SOUP KITCHEN
It’s time again for Emmaus Soup Kitchen December desserts. They would like pies, cakes cookies donuts, etc. They can be dropped off Wednesday, December 21st morning on the tables by the Chapel until 9:00am. After that take desserts to the Founder’s Room until noon.
